1. Our Promise
We want every experience at Sacred Lantern to feel meaningful. If you are not satisfied with your oracle reading or lantern ritual for any reason, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Simply contact us through the channels available on our site within 24 hours of your purchase. Include the order ID or the result page URL you received after payment. We will process your refund promptly.
3. What Qualifies
Any full oracle reading or ritual unlock purchased through Sacred Lantern qualifies for a refund within the 24-hour window. There are no restrictions — if you are not satisfied, let us know and we will make it right.
4. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is issued, access to the unlocked reading or ritual content will be revoked. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your reading or ritual, contact us and we will resolve it — whether through a refund or by helping you access your content. Technical issues are not subject to the 24-hour window.
6. Exceptions
If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please still reach out — we want to be fair.
